{"id":1495,"date":"2011-05-03T10:33:11","date_gmt":"2011-05-03T15:33:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dmentd.com\/?p=1495"},"modified":"2024-11-13T18:49:23","modified_gmt":"2024-11-14T00:49:23","slug":"barbecue-sauce-mildly-spicy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dmentd.com\/blog\/barbecue-sauce-mildly-spicy","title":{"rendered":"Barbecue Sauce (Mildly Spicy)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 TBS Canola Oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd onion (minced fine)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 cloves garlic (minced fine)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 C catsup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc C brown sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 TBS Distilled Vinegar (less to taste)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 TBS Worcestershire sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 OZ molasses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 TBS chipotle adobo sauce (the sauce in cans of \u201cchipotle peppers packed in adobo sauce\u201d)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dash Salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heat canola oil in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add onion and garlic, and cook for five minutes or until clear and tender, stirring, being careful not to burn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduce heat to low.
