{"id":1846,"date":"2016-02-16T13:35:00","date_gmt":"2016-02-16T19:35:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dmentd.com\/?p=1846"},"modified":"2016-02-16T13:35:00","modified_gmt":"2016-02-16T19:35:00","slug":"barbecue-shrimp-mr-bs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dmentd.com\/blog\/barbecue-shrimp-mr-bs","title":{"rendered":"Barbecue Shrimp &#8211; Mr. B&#8217;s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>1\u00bd LB jumbo shrimp with heads, unpeeled<br \/>\n\u00bd C Worcestershire<br \/>\n2 TBS fresh lemon juice<br \/>\n2 TSP ground black pepper<br \/>\n2 TSP cracked black pepper<br \/>\n2 TSP Creole seasoning (Tony Chachere&#8217;s or similar)<br \/>\n1 TSP minced garlic<br \/>\n1\u00bd C (3 sticks) cold unsalted butter, cubed<br \/>\nFrench bread<\/p>\n<p>In a large skillet combine shrimp, Worcestershire, lemon juice, black peppers, Creole seasoning and garlic, and cook over moderately high heat until shrimp turn pink, about 1 minute on each side.<\/p>\n<p>Reduce heat to moderate and stir in butter, a few cubes at a time, stirring constantly, adding more only when butter is melted. Remove skillet from heat.<\/p>\n<p>Place shrimp in bowl and pour sauce over top.
