{"id":2120,"date":"2024-11-06T15:51:12","date_gmt":"2024-11-06T21:51:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dmentd.com\/blog\/?p=2120"},"modified":"2024-11-06T15:51:12","modified_gmt":"2024-11-06T21:51:12","slug":"easy-cashew-chicken","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dmentd.com\/blog\/easy-cashew-chicken","title":{"rendered":"Easy Cashew Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bd C raw cashews<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 chicken thighs, boneless &amp; skinless (cut into 1&#8243; chunks)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3\u00bd TBS canola oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd MED green bell pepper (diced small)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd MED onion (diced small)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00be TBS green onions (cut small)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 cloves garlic (minced)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 TSP TBS chili garlic sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 TSP ground ginger<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt &amp; pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00be TBS rice wine vinegar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u00bd TBS soy sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00be TBS sesame seeds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heat a pan over low heat and toast the cashews for 8 minutes or until they start to lightly brown and become fragrant. Remove and set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase heat to high and add canola oil to pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once oil is up to temperature, add in the chicken thighs and allow them to cook through (about 5 minutes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the chicken is fully cooked add in the pepper, onions, garlic, chili garlic sauce and seasonings (ginger, salt, pepper). Allow to cook on high for 2-3 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame seeds and cashews.
