{"id":2139,"date":"2024-11-08T09:47:17","date_gmt":"2024-11-08T15:47:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dmentd.com\/blog\/?p=2139"},"modified":"2024-11-08T09:47:17","modified_gmt":"2024-11-08T15:47:17","slug":"vegan-tofu-clemenceau","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dmentd.com\/blog\/vegan-tofu-clemenceau","title":{"rendered":"Vegan Tofu Clemenceau"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 C new potatoes (1-inch dice, or quartered if small)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 OZ fresh mushrooms (sliced thick)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 C frozen peas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 &#8211; 16 OZ brick super firm tofu (cut into 1-inch cubes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 TBS fresh garlic (minced)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc C olive oil (or more, as needed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc C flat-leafed parsley (chopped)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kosher salt &amp; fresh ground pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Oven: 350\u00b0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Toss potatoes in 1 TBS olive oil to coat and roast 35 to 40 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pat dry tofu cubes, then saute them in 1 to 2 TBS olive oil over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Turn them gently, until lightly browned on all sides.
