{"id":2233,"date":"2024-11-11T12:51:13","date_gmt":"2024-11-11T18:51:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dmentd.com\/blog\/?p=2233"},"modified":"2024-11-11T12:51:48","modified_gmt":"2024-11-11T18:51:48","slug":"one-pot-creamy-sausage-gnocchi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dmentd.com\/blog\/one-pot-creamy-sausage-gnocchi","title":{"rendered":"One Pot Creamy Sausage Gnocchi"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 LB mild ground sausage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 onion (diced)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cloves garlic (minced)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 TSP salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 TSP pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 TSP Italian seasoning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 TSP garlic powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 &#8211; 2 OZ white wine or chicken stock<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 OZ canned petite diced tomatoes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00be C heavy cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>16 OZ gnocchi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 &#8211; 3 C spinach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00bd C shredded mozzarella cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parsley for garnish (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a skillet over medium high heat add your sausage, onion, garlic and seasonings and saute until browned.
