{"id":2320,"date":"2024-11-12T13:42:57","date_gmt":"2024-11-12T19:42:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dmentd.com\/blog\/?p=2320"},"modified":"2024-11-12T13:47:28","modified_gmt":"2024-11-12T19:47:28","slug":"baked-chicken-and-spinach-flautas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dmentd.com\/blog\/baked-chicken-and-spinach-flautas","title":{"rendered":"Baked Chicken and Spinach Flautas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5-6 boneless &amp; skinless chicken thighs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>16 OZ beer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 TSP paprika<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 TSP salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 TSP garlic powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 TSP ground cumin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 TSP chili powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 C fresh baby spinach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 SM flour tortilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 OZ cheese (shredded)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Oven: 425\u00b0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Put the chicken in a deep sided saute pan and cover with the beer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bring to a boil, cover, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove the chicken from the liquid and shred it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix together the chicken and seasonings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour out all but \u00bc C of the cooking liquid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the spinach and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes or until the spinach is wilted. Drain thoroughly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spoon spinach onto tortillas, then chicken, then top with cheese. Roll the tortilla up.
