{"id":2327,"date":"2024-11-12T14:06:42","date_gmt":"2024-11-12T20:06:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dmentd.com\/blog\/?p=2327"},"modified":"2024-11-12T14:06:42","modified_gmt":"2024-11-12T20:06:42","slug":"creamy-cajun-linguine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dmentd.com\/blog\/creamy-cajun-linguine","title":{"rendered":"Creamy Cajun Linguine"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 boneless &amp; skinless chicken breasts (thinly sliced)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 TBS butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 TBS olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 LB cooked linguine (cooked al dente)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 TSP Cajun seasoning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 onion (chopped)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 cloves garlic (minced)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>16 OZ heavy cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 TBS sun-dried tomatoes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd TSP salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc TSP black pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd TSP died basil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd C Parmesan cheese (grated)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place the chicken in a bowl and toss with the Cajun seasoning until well coated. Set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and brown and cook through. Remove and set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the pan sautee the onion until translucent, scraping loose any seasoning or bits of chicken. Add the garlic and cook while stirring for 1 minute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduce the heat and add the cream, tomatoes, salt, pepper and basil.
