- Olive oil
- Garlic (minced)
- Thyme
- Oregano
- Basil
- 4 LG portabello mushrooms
Oven: 350° F
- Mix olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, oregano and basil together.
- Marinate the mushrooms in the mixture for 1 to 2 hours, turning frequently.
- Put in oven on sheet pan for about 15 minutes or until the stems are soft.
- Take out, let cool a briefly then finish on the grill.
