- 2 level scoops (~22 GR, a double shot) coffee (fine ground)
- Tiniest pinch of salt
- Boiling water
- Add filter, grounds and salt to the Aeropress coffee maker.
- Pour in just enough freshly boiled water to wet the grounds, then wait for 15 seconds.
- Pour in enough water, fresh off the boil, to reach the “4” mark.
- Stir for 10 seconds.
- Wet the rubber of the plunger, insert and gently press (the weight of two hands resting on the plunger is usually sufficient), taking ~30 seconds to complete the process.
- Top the brewed coffee with 6 OZ of the boiled water.
Yields ~10 OZ brewed coffee.

Ingredients:
- 16 GR coffee (medium ground)
- Tiniest pinch of salt
- 250 GR boiling water
- Add filter, grounds and salt to the Aeropress coffee maker.

- Immediately place the plunger into the top of the brewer, about 1 CM in to create a vacuum.
- Steep for 3 minutes.
- At 1 minute remaining, holding the brewer and the plunger, gently swirl the brewer to settle the grounds.
- Plunge, taking 20 – 30 seconds.
Yields ~8 OZ brewed coffee.
