- Add the oat groats, water and salt to the Instant Pot, cover and cook under high pressure for 20 minutes. Vent naturally or manually.
- Divide the oat groats into 8 small containers (~60 GR each).
- To each containiner add 15 GR rolled oats and 45 GR milk.
- Seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute before serving.
