Poultry Dry Rub

  • 1 TBS onion powder
  • 1 TBS garlic powder
  • 1 TBS salt
  • 1 TSP ground mustard seed
  • 1 TSP sage
  • 1 TSP thyme
  • 1 TSP paprika
  • 1 TSP black pepper
  1. Combine ingredients and apply to meat.
  2. Good for ~ MED/LG chicken.
